Executive Team

Kim Baker

President and CEO

Kim Baker brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Salus Global, she spent over a decade as Chief Executive Officer at Central Local Health Integration Network. During her tenure there she led transformative initiatives that changed how the healthcare system delivers its best quality of care for patients including, merging, and evolving one of the largest home healthcare organizations in Ontario. Most recently she led a Consulting practice working collaboratively with boards and leadership teams to ignite innovation, develop strategy, and foster creativity.

Education/Academic Credentials
Kim holds a Master of Health Sciences (Health Administration) from the University of Toronto, which complements her clinical training as a respiratory therapist, and a Chartered Director designation from the Degroote School of Business at McMaster University.

Hobbies/Interests
Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter while being active outdoors. She enjoys fitness and the adventure of finding new trails for biking and hiking.

Kerri Hannon

Vice President, Quality Programs and Performance

Kerri is a seasoned healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in both hospital and public health environments, specializing in perinatal and pediatric care. Before joining Salus Global, she served as Executive Director of the Maternal, Newborn, Child & Youth Network at London Health Sciences Centre, leading regional initiatives and partnering with health organization to strengthen care delivery across the system.

Education/Academic Credentials
Kerri holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science from Queen’s University, a Master of Nursing - Leadership in Professional Nursing Practice from University of Western Ontario, and a Certified Health Executive designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

Hobbies/Interests
Kerri is married with three children and spends much of her time on the sideline, coaching and supporting her children’s competitive sports teams. When time permits, she enjoys shopping, reading and travelling.

Daniela Lockhard

Vice President, Partner Development

Daniela Lockhard brings over 28 years’ experience in healthcare leadership, consulting, and business development. She transitioned from being a clinician to a successful business leader with specialized skills in cultural transformation, mentoring teams to success, digital health, and executing on business growth strategies in the healthcare sector.

Before joining Salus Global, Daniela was the Senior Director of the People Transformation business unit at a large global consulting organization, where she accelerated new growth and expanded strategic relationships across Canada and the northeast US. She also served as the Vice President of a Canadian firm focused on delivering eReferral technology used to streamline transitions of care workflows and processes.

Education/Academic Credentials
Daniela holds two Bachelors of Science degrees, one in Food and Nutrition, the other in BioPsychology. She studied Strategic Leadership and Strategic Thinking at the University of Toronto and holds a certificate in Strategic and Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman.

Hobbies/Interests
In her free time Daniela enjoys cycling, cooking, cottaging and has a passion for mentoring younger colleagues and students, using her expertise and compassionate nature to equip them for success in their careers.

Debi Sanderson — Debi Savage

Debi Savage

Vice President, People, Culture, and Organizational Effectiveness

Debi Savage is a strategic Human Resources professional with over 25 years' experience in virtually all aspects of HR in large and small organizations. She has been supporting Salus Global's HR needs since 2010, initially as a consultant and later as a part-time employee. Debi spent the first decade of her career with The TD Bank Financial Group, where she held increasingly senior positions within the Corporate Human Resources division during a period of intensive acquisition activity.

Education/Academic Credentials
Debi holds a Master of Business Administration and an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Hobbies/Interests
Debi spends her free time renovating and decorating her own home and any home she can get her hands on among her family and friends. She is hooked on HGTV and enjoys knitting, jigsaw puzzles, fitness and sharing time with loved ones.

Cindy Williams

Vice President, Professional Services

Cindy Williams is a healthcare leader with nearly 30 years of nursing experience across perioperative, emergency, surgical, and obstetric care. Before joining Salus Global in 2014, Cindy held senior Quality and Risk roles in Ontario and Newfoundland & Labrador. She holds a certification in Risk Management from the Canadian Healthcare Association and is a certified trainer in Disclosure, Incident Analysis, and Patient Safety.

Education/Academic Credentials
Cindy holds a Master of Science in Nursing (Leadership in Health Care Systems) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and Western Regional School of Nursing.

Hobbies/Interests
In her free time, Cindy enjoys reading, puzzles, and attending live theatre and Toronto Blue Jays games. As a former piano and voice teacher, she loves music and continues to play a variety of instruments.
