Daniela Lockhard

Vice President, Partner Development

Daniela brings over 28 years’ experience in healthcare leadership, consulting, and business development. She transitioned from being a clinician to a successful business leader with specialized skills in cultural transformation, mentoring teams to success, digital health, and executing on business growth strategies in the healthcare sector.

Before joining Salus Global, Daniela was the Senior Director of the People Transformation business unit at a large global consulting organization, where she accelerated new growth and expanded strategic relationships across Canada and the northeast US. She also served as the Vice President of a Canadian firm focused on delivering eReferral technology used to streamline transitions of care workflows and processes.

Education/Academic Credentials
Daniela holds two Bachelors of Science degrees, one in Food and Nutrition, the other in BioPsychology. She studied Strategic Leadership and Strategic Thinking at the University of Toronto and holds a certificate in Strategic and Conceptual Selling from Miller Heiman.

Hobbies/Interests
In her free time Daniela is enjoys cycling, cooking, cottaging and has a passion for mentoring younger colleagues and students, using her expertise and compassionate nature to equip them for success in their careers.

Debi Sanderson

Vice President, Human Resources

Debi Sanderson is a strategic Human Resources professional with over 25 years' experience in virtually all aspects of HR in large and small organizations. She has been supporting Salus Global's HR needs since 2010, initially as a consultant and later as a part-time employee. Debi spent the first decade of her career with The TD Bank Financial Group, where she held increasingly senior positions within the Corporate Human Resources division during a period of intensive acquisition activity.

Education/Academic Credentials
Debi holds a Master of Business Administration and an Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Hobbies/Interests
Debi spends her free time renovating and decorating her own home and any home she can get her hands on among her family and friends. She is hooked on HGTV and enjoys knitting, jigsaw puzzles, fitness and sharing time with loved ones.

Bart Stanley

Director, Operations and Technology

Bart Stanley brings over 30 years of experience managing information technology for large and small organizations in diverse industries. Prior to working with Salus Global, he spent 10 years at Sykes Canada expanding its assistance services and telehealth businesses. He comes with strong project management experience and an interest in lifelong learning.

Bart holds a Certificate in Management from Western University and a Honours Diploma in Computer Science and Analysis from Seneca College.

Hobbies/Interests
Bart enjoys spending time in his extensive gardens. When he’s not tending to his plants, he stay active walking his dog and enjoying fitness.

Lisa Young

Senior Vice President, Client Solutions

Lisa Young brings over 15 years of consulting experience helping teams across diverse industries and organizational environments to improve their collective performance and deliver tangible outcomes. Lisa blends deep expertise in change management facilitation and adult-based curriculum and instructional design with finely-honed innovative thinking to help develop teams of experts into expert teams.

Lisa is highly regarded for developing and facilitating immersive sessions, and initially came to Salus Global in 2018 as a measurement, assessment and facilitation consultant.

Education/Academic Credentials
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Arts (Education), and is completing a Doctorate of Philosophy (Education) at OISE/University of Toronto. Lisa is a published author and has presented at numerous conferences in the fields of adult education, online learning, eLearning management, and communities of practice.

Hobbies/Interests
Lisa and her family live on a horse farm with their many animals. She enjoys backcountry camping and canoeing with her family, especially in Algonquin Park.
